Flexible track lighting as the name suggests are flexible and convenient compared to the rigid traditional lighting systems. Hard wiring into the junction box is the way that is recommended by experts for installing the flexible track lighting. These track lighting kits though cheaper than traditional fixtures the transformers used have the tendency to burn frequently incurring additional expenses.
